Multiple Authentication Methods
RFID cards, PIN codes, biometrics, and facial recognition to suit different security requirements.
The Problem
Uncontrolled access to physical spaces and sensitive data is a significant operational and security risk. Without a structured access control system, organisations cannot enforce role-based permissions, track who was where and when, or quickly revoke access when an employee leaves. Manual processes such as key management are both inefficient and insecure, creating liabilities that grow as organisations scale.

Overview
An access control system is a security infrastructure that automates and enforces restrictions on who can enter physical spaces or access digital resources within an organisation. Davenop Technologies deploys integrated access control solutions using biometric, card-based, and software-managed systems that support personnel management, time-and-attendance tracking, and financial system integration.
Why it matters
Define and enforce access levels by department, role, time of day, and individual, with real-time enforcement.
Eliminate manual timesheets with automated, tamper-proof attendance records linked directly to payroll.
Every access event is logged with timestamp and user identity, providing irrefutable records for security investigations.
Remove access for departed employees immediately from a central console, eliminating physical key retrieval.
Attendance data flows directly into payroll and financial management systems, reducing administrative overhead.
Our Capabilities
By implementing our solutions, you can mitigate risks, improve operational efficiency, and ensure only authorized personnel have access to sensitive areas of your business.

RFID cards, PIN codes, biometrics, and facial recognition to suit different security requirements.

Access rights assigned by user role and policy, ensuring only authorised personnel enter restricted areas.

Track all access activity, support compliance requirements, and generate detailed reports.

Attendance tracking, automated onboarding, and synchronised video verification of access events.
Our Process
We document your premises layout, identify access zones, define permission structures by role, and determine integration requirements with existing HR or payroll systems.

Our team designs the access control architecture, selecting reader technology (card, biometric, or PIN), door hardware, and management software.

Technicians install readers, door controllers, and cabling. The management platform is configured with access policies, user enrolment, and reporting dashboards.

Integrations with HR or payroll systems are implemented and tested. Administrators receive full training on the management platform.
Our Work
Installed biometric and proximity card readers on 22 entry points across head office, enrolled over 400 users, and integrated time-and-attendance data directly into the payroll system. Payroll reconciliation time reduced from 8 hours to under 30 minutes per cycle.
Read MoreDeployed an integrated biometric access control system across a multi-building campus, covering 35 controlled doors and over 1,200 enrolled users. Role-based permissions, full audit logging, and fail-secure operation on UPS power delivered within a single phased rollout.
